You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kim368 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. kim368 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Each individual may hold exactly one kim368 Account at any time. If kim368 determines that a User holds or has held multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — all associated Accounts will be suspended. Any balances across duplicate Accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings generated through a secondary Account will be voided. This policy applies regardless of whether the secondary Account was opened with intent to defraud or through inadvertent error.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, kim368 will process any outstanding verified withdrawals before deactivating the Account. Accounts subject to active investigations, pending bonus wagering requirements, or unresolved chargebacks may not be closed until those matters are resolved.

Withdrawal functionality is restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. kim368 strongly recommends completing KYC immediately after registration, before making your first deposit, to avoid any delays in accessing your winnings.

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, standard wagering requirements are 25x the bonus amount. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot titles (excluding progressive jackpot slots) typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports bets on markets with odds of at least 1.50 contribute 100%. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution. Nothing in this clause prevents kim368 from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
